SHRIMP BRUSCHETTA
This dish was so flavorful! You could serve it as a dip or on salad or even over rice!
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 20 small shrimp cooked and chopped
- 5 cherry tomatoes chopped
- 1 1/2 tbs. ketchup
- 1 tbs. dark brown sugar
- 1 clove. garlic minced
- 1/2 tbs. chopped parsley
- 3/4 tbs. olive oil
- 3/4 tbs. rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- French bread toasted or grilled
Directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Keep chilled.
- Spoon mixture over bread and serve.
